The shower pressure was weak and the heating system was unsettlingly noisy!!! The surrounding area didn’t feel safe at night and it would be fantastic to expect more proactive service during the stay!!!

This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need, including free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped me find my way on my first visit, and the breakfast had a great variety.

I was impressed by the staff's warmth, made me feel like I was in good hands. The location was key, walking distance to so many attractions—they practically rolled out the red carpet for us.

We had an amazing time exploring Toronto, especially visiting the St Lawrence Market Complex where we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and unique shops. Our Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our family, including our service dog!

My kids wished the breakfast variety was a bit more extensive.

I had such a lovely stay! The city views from my Standard King Room were breathtaking, giving me a picturesque glimpse of the sparkling skyline. The staff were super accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in and late checkout, which totally made my day! Plus, the breakfast spread was a delicious variety that fueled my adventures.

We loved our stay here! The breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed hanging out in the small garden area for some fresh air. The only downside was that the room felt a bit tight for four of us, but we made it work. 🌼

I loved the daily yoga classes offered on the rooftop. The fitness center had modern equipment, perfect for keeping up my routine. I even checked out the rooftop lounge for great views!
